First, the most exciting part. Yes, you can change Aiden Pearce’s outfit in Watch Dogs. Along with the screenshot below, we’ve got a full video of Aiden in furious action – all while sporting the White Hat Hacker Outfit.
So how do you unlock the snazzy getup? It’s part of a batch of PlayStation-exclusive content. Only on the PS4 and PS3, this content will be available when the game launches on May 27, 2014, and will be downloadable via a ULC code. Here’s what you’ll get:
- Four Exclusive Missions
After Aiden gets tangled up with notorious hacker group DedSec, he’ll receive a message from some members who need his help. Aiden will take on the security network of Umeni Technologies and – using his brains and brawn – deliver payback for DedSec. These missions will deliver 60 minute of gameplay, and will provide even more insight into the mysterious group of hackers who are on the front lines of the fight freedom and security.
Upon completion of these missions, players will receive bonus tech points.
White Hat Hacker Outfit
Also unlocked upon completion of the four missions. You saw the picture above. Now check it out in action…
Hack into Aiden Pearce and Watch Dogs with these UbiBlog features:
ESRB Rating: MATURE with Blood, Intense Violence, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Drugs and Alcohol
Please help! Where can I find my ULC code for the ps3 exclusive missions?!?! The only paper I have in my game case is a Uplay pamphlet. Can someone please tell me where I can find the code?
I cleared the game, then decided to download the extra content - however when I goto to continue my saved game, none of the 4 extra missions are visible! Does this mean I have to play through again? if so what a complete waste of a download!
All of Aiden's outfits are the same outfit with different colors. When asking will a character have changeable outfits people want ACTUALLY DIFFERENT outfits. If all you can do is change the color scheme of a character's outfit you should say: "Changeable color schemes." Stop your false advertisement, Ubisoft.
PC gets the content as well, it's just Console Exclusive to the PS. Check the Digital Deluxe, and various editions.
It is Console Exclusive, if you check out various PC editions, like the Digital Deluxe, it also lists having the 1 hour extra gameplay, hacking boost and white hat outfit. I wish people would get this right, but Ubisoft clearly has a PR deal with Playstation to get as many people to buy it on that console, rather than the XBox One, so they choose to not mention that PC gets the content as well. Also, it's likely a timed exclusive, so XBox might just get it, eventually.
Why is it that the cpu ultra specs for pc is so high, 8 or 6 core cpu,.
Its high compared to the gpu specs which is rumored to Be gtx 6×× series.
Why is it that the tumorer cpu specs Are so high? Sig or 8 cores?
Its high computer to the gpu specs with is in the 6xx series nvidea.??
I got some more question:
a. All those NPC that we profile/hacked do we get to keep their data or is that next time we walk near them their data just appeared? if we keep their data can we use it to locate them at some point (I know I'm pushing it here lol).
b. when hacking on NPC bank account is their a limit of cash (in the UK there is a limit per day you can withdraw) we can get or it depend on how rich they are ( for example if I hack a "Bill Gate" I can get 1 million of his account)? can you give money to a hobo?
c. those Aiden got a hideout? and how many vehicle can he keep in his garage if he has one?
d. Can you call and ask for example T-bone to help you anytime or is it limited to story narrative?
Hi really want to know if chicago Chinatown is featured in Watch Dogs. I have asked so many times on twitter and no answers even from the guys at ubisoft
Is it mandatory to play the story mission to progress in the game? what I mean is that can you unlock skills or hack without playing the story or is it like some games that at some point you have no choice but to play the story if you want to progress?
Somebody agree with me or not but its completely visible and anyone can notice this that graphics have been changed, characters clothing animation, the effects on cloth, bright, sleek, beautiful textures have been replaced with washed out textures just like GTA V. Actually now this game has some what similar textures like GTAV on PS3 at various places which is wrong because the one which we saw earlier at last E3 was different so please give us that thing. Please otherwise there is no much sense left to buy it for PS3 or PS4 version to just have more pedestrian on street.
Awesome. I loved every single frame of this trailer. It's a good thing that I have a PS console. But we are still waiting for an official word on the alleged "graphics downgrade". This video looks gorgeous but we want to know how will the game actually look compared to what we had seen in 2012 and 2013. It would be MUCH appreciated by TONS of users... nothing less than your potential customers. Thank you for reading.
So just that I get this right - this outfit is PS exclusive - but we will actually have other outfits for Aiden as well, right? Like, outfits for all the versions (like in Assassins Creed, so we can change clothes)?
I have a question about all the versions of Watch Dogs. Will the blackout hack be available any time or just on some missions?
Playstation CONSOLE exclusive or COMPLETE exclusive?
I hope it's the former one like in AC 4. PC gamers were able to buy all the console exclusive stuff as well.
But that being said Ubisoft's ingame exclusive stuff sucks. You should be ashamed!
Hey Viceroy! Check out this story, and let us know if it answers your questions: Getting Lost, And Found, in Watch Dogs' Open World
The blackout hack will be available more or less any time, BUT it is a crafteable hack.
Craftable hacks are program packets that can only be used once, before ctOS blocks that packet from disrupting.
You need to use data resources to create individual blackout program hacks that you execute from your cell phone, and once executed, that program packet is gone.
