We’ve kept the “illustrative” art style and created a completely new region – the Underground Palace – which is entirely corrupted. This new region takes place in huge rooms, it creates a dark ambiance and claustrophobic feelings that we feel nicely contrasts the large open colorful world from the main game.
All the Enemies are more aggressive in the Epilogue. For example, they won’t hold back from attacking when the Prince fails to block an attack. But most notably, the enemies all have the new ability to “sprint”, making them dangerous even at a distance. Additionally, the Mourning King is now even more powerful as his powers are constantly growing. So much so, that the Prince will not be able to defeat him on his own. This forces the player to adopt a new fight strategy. Due to the abilities inherited by Ormazd, Elika attacks can temporarily weaken the Mourning King thereby making him vulnerable the Prince’s attacks. This further encourages team work between the Prince and Elika with spectacular results.
Some of the feedback we received from fans of POP is that they wanted more puzzles – the DLC was an excellent opportunity for us to service this request. We kept the philosophy of large ‘set piece’ puzzles that fill an entire room or area (and the rooms in the DLC are huge) but put additional focus on the need to use switches to modify and create pathways that your acrobatic abilities will then allow you to follow. There is one particular puzzle that I’m really looking forward to reading fan feedback on. It’s a clever one!
Given the Epilogue nature of the DLC we have at our disposal all of the forms of corruption to allow us to create some spectacular and challenging sequences. Of course, having the production of an entire game under our belts we’ve also learned some excellent tricks in terms of acrobatic sequences that feel great upon completion – the level design in the DLC is definitely some of our best.

HI how are you? i'm from mexico i bought a playstation card so i can play the DLC (epiloge) ican't use my playstation card in my american account just in my mexican account and oh surprise¡¡¡ the DLC is not available for mexicans that sucks do something about it please i want to know what's next with the story. sorry for my english i'll aprecciatte it

The DLC is nice, no light seeds and no open world, just linear plattforming, thats better. The fights are better and its heavier.
BUT...
Too many bugs, and the garden puzzle... what puzzle? It wasn´t complicate in any way, I solved it in 5 minutes, thats not a puzzle.
Apart from this the DLC is very good, much better as the main game, which I like also.

Like (what seems like) the majority of the people, I didn't find the garden puzzle too difficult. With that said, it is by far my favorite puzzle in either the story or the epilogue. It was very large and open and didn't make me want to kill myself like moving the pools of corruption did. Good work guys!

i need to see what happend next to events from main game...it was so emotional, so dreamig story...i get 1001 light seed's...all of them..and this illusionist's level..great..i was crying there...please give me back my elika on PC..

Shortchanging PC users is ridiculous. What reasons are served by denying the continuing storyline for those who don't own or wish to own consoles? Hell, I'd BUY the DLC if you wanted. I bought the game. I don't appreciate being cheated out of the continued story. I'm not going to own a PS3 or an X360. I'm not a console gamer. I'm a PC gamer. I love the PoP SOT trilogy, and I took a chance on the new PoP and was salivating for the epilogue--which I won't get for absolutely ludicrous reasons...none. There's no reason not to release the content, especially if it's already free! Ubi, you're alienating your customers! How is this hard to grasp? This is what will cause sales to fall. Don't follow EA's example by wanting more hype or going all exclusive. There's a reason people hate EA. I loved Ubi, and now I'm rethinking that. This amounts to a betrayal of trust, kind of like, hey, here's a four-course meal, but you don't get the chocolate cake at the end, ha! We're just gonna dangle it at you and then say sorry, you're not cool enough. Ubi, two words spring to mind in response to this treatment. Think about it. Release the DLC for PC. There's. No. Reason. Not to.

I boath pop(2008) for pc and i would buy this one as well just to see what happens next. Ubisoft please don't take the ability from us Pc players to enjoy games like "Prince Of Persia Epilogue"

I downloaded the DLC Epilogue and it wont pass the loading screen when I select new game.
I'm a Q.A. Tester so I went down the list and there is nothing I haven't tried. My Xbox is also a new Red Elite so it is not my system. I have heard of others having this problem and no one has a answer.
What should I do?
