EGX begins tomorrow!

egxlogoI’ve spent the last couple of weeks face-down in an Adobe InDesign haze of large format booth artwork and die-cut vinyl. This can only mean one thing: EGX is coming.

Ubisoft will be in attendance at the show, with a big stand taking shape inside Birmingham’s exotic NEC ready for the doors to open tomorrow, Thursday 21st of September. The show runs till Sunday the 24th, giving gamers plenty of time to get hands-on with our upcoming games: take a tour of Egypt in Assassin’s Creed Origins on Xbox One, take down the Eden’s Gate cult in Far Cry 5 on PS4, produce inordinate amounts of gas in South Park The Fractured But Whole on PC and visit an unusual version of the Mushroom Kingdom in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle on Nintendo Switch.

We’ll also have our own little store, selling items from Ubisoft’s range of collectibles – including an early chance to pick up the super-sexy Six Collection of vinyl Operator figures before they officially release next month.

Talking of Operators, at 11am on Friday in the show’s ESL Arena, the Rainbow Six UK Invitational begins – more on that here.
